Principal Broker Licensing Requirements
Each firm must appoint a broker holding an “Unrestricted” registration to act as the Principal Broker responsible for the direction and supervision of the firm and its employees. The Principal Broker is also responsible for the compliance of the business with the RIB Act, Regulations and By-laws.
Please email licensing@ribo.com a copy of your resume and any licenses/designations you hold in order to determine which exams you would have to write. This will include writing the RIBO Management Exam or the Accelerated Management Exam. The exam is available online, as are study materials.
