The implementation of RIBO's new registry management system, IRIS is ongoing. During this period of transition, expect longer than normal response times including all licensing services. Applicants who have submitted incomplete licensing applications (missing information, payment, qualifications, or documents) will be informed that their application is incomplete within 7 business days of receipt.
