Employment Changes
All employment changes requests must be submitted using the online form and can no longer be done through email.
Please note that changes cannot be processed until you re-submit your request here: https://www.ribo.com/employment-changes/.
Employee Changes
You must select a broker who is within our RIBO Broker Registry.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE BROKER LISTED, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED – kindly email licensing@ribo.com for assistance.
Please Note that only Principal Brokers (or someone that they have authorized) can submit requests for additions
Once the Employment Change has been processed, the Principal Broker will receive a confirmation and you will be able to view the change on the portal within 5 business days.
Principal Broker Changes
A request to change Principal Broker or change or add a Deputy Principal Broker should include a dated and signed Principal Broker Undertaking or Deputy Principal Broker Undertaking (Note: you can access this documents through the form).
We also require a resignation letter from the individual who will no longer be the Principal Broker or Deputy Principal Broker that indicates whether they have left the organization or if they are staying on as an employee.
